Your workout plan will have easy to follow tutorials, guiding you through each exercise, to ensure you have perfect form, and target the selected muscle group. I will tell you the reps, sets, weights and rest periods of each exercise.

Hi! I’m Bianca Taylor 


I’ve been a vegan since 2014. I fell in love with health and fitness after I competed in my first bikini bodybuilding show. After competing I was on a mission to find a sustainable and balanced way to feel fit all year round, instead of dieting on and off for weeks at a time. 


My passion for health and fitness started with a desire and inspiration to find confidence in my body. Over the years, it has become so much more than my physical appearance. My love for wellness has become rooted in my excitement for expanding my awareness of both my body and mind.

I am certified in Plant Based Nutrition from ECornell and certified in Personal Training through ISSA. I am also a Level 1 and 2 Certified Reiki practitioner. 


I have co-founded a 7 figure company and cultivated over 1 million followers online. I have traveled to England, Greece, and Mexico to speak at various events on the importance of a plant based diet, mental health, and fitness. I have also had a successful modeling career, modeling for Kat Von D's shoe campaign and being featured in Inked Magazine for my vegan fitness journey as a tattooed model. 

I am now on a mission to help others understand how a plant based diet can help the body look AND feel good.
